When you use the contact form or AI assistant, the information you submit may include your name, email address, Telegram handle, project description, requested features, and preferred contact method.

This data is processed to respond to your inquiry, prepare an offer, and communicate about potential services.

Form submissions may be stored in a PostgreSQL database and forwarded to Telegram for notification purposes.

Messages sent through the AI assistant are processed using OpenRouter and the selected AI model. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the assistant.

We may process business contact details that are publicly available on company websites, such as a generic business email address, the company name and the fact that the company offers a relevant service. We use them to send a single one-to-one business message about services that may be relevant, and to handle any reply.

Purpose: introducing relevant web development, web app and automation services to businesses whose public contact details indicate a potential fit.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in business-to-business acquisition (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have assessed that this interest does not override the rights and interests of the businesses concerned, because only published business contact details are used, the contact is a single one-to-one message, and there is an easy way to object.

Retention: up to one month from the date the message is sent. If there is no further correspondence, we delete the contact details after that month. If you reply, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle it. If you object or ask us to delete your details, we erase them, except for the minimum we must keep to record your objection and to ensure we do not contact you again.

Recipients and international processing: business correspondence is stored in our Stalwart mailboxes and internal records in Paperclip/PostgreSQL on Contabo infrastructure in Germany. AI-assisted prospect research uses OpenAI and OpenCode with the selected model providers. These external services may process publicly available business information outside the European Economic Area; OpenCode is configured for global processing. This notice does not mean that all processing takes place in Germany. Contact info@entcode.de for further information about the providers and applicable international-transfer arrangements.

For prospect research and initial assessment, AI assistants use only information publicly available on the relevant company’s website. Private correspondence, replies and confidential or sensitive information are not used for this purpose. We do not use automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects for this processing.

Where we process your personal data for direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time. If you object, we will stop using your data for direct marketing. You can object by replying "no thanks" to our message or by emailing info@entcode.de. There is no charge.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For our processing as controller in Germany: the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. If you are in Ireland, you may also contact the Data Protection Commission (Ireland).

Essential storage is used to remember your privacy and theme preferences. With your consent, Google Analytics may be used to understand website usage.

Personal data submitted through the website is retained for one month and then deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law. For prospect contact data and replies, the specific periods in the business contact data section apply.
